How to use:

Fennel is also usefull inthe treatment of hirsutism, promotes menstruation and has anti-diabetic properties.

Turmeric decrease the levels of progesterone and increase the levels of estradiol in women with PCOD. It has estrogenic, antihyperlipidemic, antioxidant and hypoglycemic effects which are helpfull in managing PCOS and preventing ovarian cell dysfunction and thereby improving ovulation and fertility.

Add little amount of turmeric into boiled water and let it simmet for 10 minutes then strin and have it hot!!!
